Bad eggs

HALLOWE’EN egg throwers face prosecution, police have warned. Suffolk police have asked shop keepers to ban the sale of eggs to youngsters between Sunday and Tuesday in a bid to prevent complaints about “trick or treat” pests. There will be extra police patrols and the Suffolk force’s helicopter will be used to check on revellers. As in previous years, the police are issuing posters for householders to display asking “trick or treaters” to stay away. Cambridge Evening News 27/10/06.
